1. Who we are

This service is provided by Exam Prep Planner ("we", "us"), an independent education service in India. Email supportexamportal@gmail.com.

2. The service

The planner makes a day-by-day study schedule for board exams from dates and choices you enter, tracks progress, and offers practice tests built from previous board exam questions with model answers. It is a study aid. It does not guarantee any marks or result, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by CBSE, NCERT or any board.

3. Accounts and parental consent

An account is created by signing in with a Google account. If the student is under 18, the account must be created by a parent or lawful guardian, who confirms consent during sign-up and is responsible for the student's use. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

4. Season Pass

• The planner can be used only with an active Season Pass. There is no free trial; the preview video on the home page shows how it works.
• The Season Pass is a one-time payment of ₹499 (inclusive of any applicable taxes) giving access until 31 March 2027. It does not renew automatically.
• Access is personal to one account and may not be resold or shared.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We do not see or store card, UPI or bank details. The Season Pass is non-refundable once bought, except for duplicate or failed charges, as set out in our refund policy.

6. Content

Past board questions are reproduced for educational practice with their source year. Model answers are prepared by us and may differ from official marking schemes. If you believe content infringes your rights, write to us and we will review it promptly. The software, design and model answers belong to us; you may not copy, scrape or redistribute them.

7. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other users' data, bypass payment or test time limits, or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

8. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Account panel in the planner. Deletion removes your profile, plan and test records as described in the privacy policy.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first; most issues can be resolved by email.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We will show a notice in the app before material changes take effect.
