Refund and Cancellation Policy

Before you pay

There is no free trial. The preview video on our home page shows the planner in use, so please watch it and decide before you pay.

No refunds

The Season Pass is a one-time payment for digital access that starts immediately. Once a payment is successful, it is not refundable, in full or in part, including if the planner is used for only part of the season or the account is deleted.

Payment problems are always fixed

• If you were charged more than once for the same Season Pass, we refund the extra payment in full.
• If money was taken but the Season Pass did not activate and we cannot activate it, we refund that payment in full.

Email supportexamportal@gmail.com from the Google account you sign in with, and mention the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt. We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days.

Cancellation

There is no subscription to cancel: the Season Pass is a one-time payment and never renews. You can delete your account at any time from the Account panel; this does not lead to a refund.
